A leading company in the modular building solutions industry is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg. Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly reviews and checks of margins on all Mobile orders (Nationally).
  • Provide monthly manufacturing statistics of all Mobile units sold (Nationally).
  • Monitor and manage up-to-date prospects (warm, hot & follow-up) and pending orders.
  • Assist with cash collection on all Sales orders (Nationally).
  • Plan and organise customer events while managing problematic client issues.
  • Assist with setting pricing on Mobiles and contribute to quotes/tenders, including checking against customer specifications and terms and conditions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, including brand management, strategic advertising, PR, editorial content, website updates, events, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Compile and report monthly statistical analyses.
  • Consolidate information and prepare monthly reports on competitor activity, offerings, and specifications.
  • Assist in negotiating favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders won.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Diploma or certification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and margin/cost checking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
