Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Edge
Previous experience in sales administration or customer support in an IT or MSP essential
Professional etiquette when liaising with clients
Familiarity with IT products
Key Responsibilities:
Quotes & Proposals
Request, process, and follow up on quotes
Liaise with clients regarding quotes
Assist with proposal formatting, spelling, and grammar (no technical input required)
Order Processing
Process and track orders
Liaise with procurement and clients regarding order status
Subscription Services Admin
Process changes to subscription services (licences for example Microsoft licences)
Liaise with clients and finance team
General Admin Support
Assist with credit note and expense requests
Maintain and update sales pipeline database
Prepare reports for clients (e.g. subscription summaries)
