Are you a Sales Administrator with experience supporting a sales team improving systems and client interactions? Matric essential and bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Our client, a reputable signage and aluminium company based in Wadeville, a highly organised allrounder with excellent attention to detail and customer interaction skills.
Training will be provide to join this expanding team.
Requirements:
Matric certificate, bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Administration experience supporting sales representatives
Technically minded with the ability to understand basic materials, processes, and products
Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude
Computer literate (MS Office; experience on a POS or ERP system is beneficial)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy sales environment
Must be proactive, organised, and a team player
Reside in or near Wadeville (or willing to travel)
Own vehicle required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle internal sales enquiries and convert them into orders
Engage directly with clients (telephonically, via email, and walk-ins)
Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide technical product information and support to clients
Liaise with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing
Assist with stock availability and pricing queries
* Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
