A well-established company in the modular building and construction industry is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator with strong administrative and operational expertise to join their team in Kliprivier, Gauteng. The role involves managing daily sales processes, coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting with financial monitoring, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
Review and check monthly margins on all mobile orders (nationally).
Provide monthly manufacturing statistics of all mobile units sold (nationally).
Monitor and manage prospects, follow-ups, and pending orders using CRM systems.
Assist with debtors' management and cash collection on all sales orders.
Organise and manage customer events while resolving client issues.
Assist with setting pricing, quotations, and tenders, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and terms.
Manage the marketing budget, brand strategy, advertising, PR, website, events, brochures, and promotional items.
Report monthly customer survey statistics and competitor activity analysis.
Support negotiations for favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders.
Monitor departmental expenses against budget.
Ensure ISO processes are implemented and complied with.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with a Business Degree or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in sales and marketing administration.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of the modular building or construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and accounting systems (Accpac preferred).
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
