MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:



Develop quality new customer sales leads by proactive cold calling via digital and telephonic tools. Support sales team in leads into sales. Meet sales targets. Assist with customer service. Identify shows and exhibition to promote our product and services. Book show space and provide marketing materials to the support the sales effort. Oversee the maintenance of the CRM. Provide sales administration to the Sales and Marketing Director.

Customers, Promotional goods companies and suppliers.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS



1. Meet Sales Target



Developing new business for Track Cam Africa and meet new business sales targets.

Initiating contact with potential new independent commercial fleets and dealerships in KwaZulu Natal and Gauteng to introduce Track Cam Africa products and services.

Utilise telemarketing, email marketing, WhatsApp for Business to develop sales leads.

Identifying and qualifying potential customers by gathering information, understanding their needs, and determining if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.

Convert potential leads into confirmed sales.

In conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director visit new business leads to close the sale.

2. Sales support



Provide customer training.

Provide after sales support.

Address customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Assist with developing client presentations.

Compile sales quotes.

Lead and oversee show stands/exhibitions.

Develop marketing material for shows.

Support the sales team as required through customer events, promotion queries and giveaways.

Attend exhibitions with the sales team.

Assist with vehicle signage.

Weighting 25%



3. CRM



Completing weekly activity reports

Maintaining and updating customer databases.

Ensuring customer call cycles are adhered to.

Weighting 15%



4. General Support



Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.

Book travel and accommodation for the Sales and Marketing Director.

Set up meetings for the Sales and Marketing Director.

Follow up on all outstanding, Documentation or Payments - Orders received or Delivered.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS



Essential Minimum Qualifications.



Matric.

Sales and Marketing Diploma or degree.

Experience.



5 years sales experience in a commercial fleet, tracking, or cold calling environment.

Applicable skills, knowledge, tools and techniques.



Computer Literacy



Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge



Knowledge of commercial fleets

Knowledge of tracking and cameras

Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing principles

Core Tools
