Netram Electronics an Electronic Retail Company based in Century City Cape Town is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to assist online and in-house sales as well as other sales-related tasks. We're looking for a candidate to join our young sales team.
Requirements:
Have prior knowledge of DC Electronics.
Understand the Basics of desktop 3D Printing
Sales Experience
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to Learn fast
Possesses great communication skills
Great Experience in customer service in a relevant industry
Possesses problem-solving skills
Proactive and have initiative
Very Friendly
Detail-oriented
Knowledge of POS software ( Invoicing, quotes, sales orders, stock control)
Knowledge of how an e-commerce company operates
Fluent in English - Afrikaans speaking is a plus too.
Role Expectations:
First to direct Sales Calls and In house customer sales queries
Directing and overseeing online orders packed and shipping correctly
Booking and receiving deliveries
Netram Technologies is planning to expand over 2026 and beyond which can put pressure on different areas of the companies. Candidates should be confident that they can handle odd and other tasks that are not a part of the job description from time to time.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 - 17:00
Friday: 9:00 - 16:00
