Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding sales inquiries and order updates.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data within company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with reporting and follow-ups on client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificate (essential).
  • A diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within telecommunications or technology.
