We are searching for a talented and proactive Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. As a Sales Administrator, the individual will be the backbone of the sales department.
The main responsibilities will include:
Lead Management: The administrator will manage and track all incoming leads, ensuring they are promptly assigned to the correct sales executives and that follow-ups are completed.
Sales Administration and Support: The role involves the preparation of SLA agreements, quotes, and other essential sales documents. The individual will also be responsible for CRM data entry, preparing sales reports, and assisting the team with planning and strategy.
Internal Communication: The administrator will act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments like the service team, finance, warehouse, procurement, and marketing, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
Process Optimization: The person in this role will identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve overall team efficiency, proposing and implementing practical solutions.
Sales Reporting: The administrator will assist in compiling regular performance reports and dashboards, contributing to accurate sales forecasts.
