Job Summary Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with administration, quotes and queries in Afrikaans
  • Processing orders
  • Managing customer data
  • Generating reports
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Verifying order accuracy
  • Issuing invoices
  • Updating customer records in a CRM
  • Tracking inventory, and liaising with other departments to fulfil orders

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage/prioritise tasks throughout the month
