Job Summary Technical Competencies and responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with administration, quotes and queries in Afrikaans
Processing orders
Managing customer data
Generating reports
Coordinating deliveries
Verifying order accuracy
Issuing invoices
Updating customer records in a CRM
Tracking inventory, and liaising with other departments to fulfil orders
