Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to join our client. The Sales Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication with customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist sales team with customer inquiries, order management, and product information
- Maintain customer database and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare sales reports and update sales metrics on a regular basis
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales activities
- Assist in the organization of sales events, conferences, and trade shows
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify potential opportunitiesQualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role preferred
- Matric with SAP experience a must
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service best practices
