Job Description

Jenny Internet is looking for an experienced, field-based Sales Account Manager to own and grow our dealer sales channel in the Durban and Pietermaritzburg regions.
This role is suited to a self-managed sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong partner relationships, and knows how to drive sustainable sales growth through dealers and indirect channels. This is not a desk-based or call-centre role. You will be expected to take ownership of your territory and deliver measurable results.
About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager, your primary focus will be to grow revenue by building, enabling, and managing a high-performing network of Jenny Dealers. You will work closely with existing dealers, recruit and onboard new partners, and ensure they are trained, supported, and motivated to sell Jenny Internets wireless services effectively.
You will act as the main link between Jenny Internet and its local dealer network, representing the brand professionally while driving consistent growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the dealer sales channel in Durban and Pietermaritzburg
Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new dealers to become Certified Jenny Dealers
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers through regular engagement and field visits
Coach and support dealers to improve sales performance, close rates, and customer acquisition
Identify new market opportunities, areas, and customer segments for wireless internet services
Assist dealers in achieving sales targets and growing their customer base
Maintain accurate records of dealer performance, customer activity, and market feedback
Uphold a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and customer service
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
A well-established and active dealer network in your region
Consistent growth in wireless sign-ups through dealer channels
Improved dealer confidence, product knowledge, and sales capability
Strong visibility into dealer pipelines and performance
A reputation as a trusted, hands-on partner to your dealers
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in sales, account management, or channel and partner sales
Experience in dealer management, B2B sales, or telecommunications is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to grow sales through indirect or partner channels
Strong negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently, managing your own territory and priorities
Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
