Overview



We are seeking a

Sales

Support Intern

to assist the

City Estate Solutions (CES)

team, a subsidiary of

Kosmas Enterprises

.

This part-time role (three days per week) is focused on supporting CES's business development activities through lead generation, appointment setting, data validation, and CRM management.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping CES expand its footprint in the UK property management sector by ensuring an organised, efficient, and well-tracked sales pipeline.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organisational skills who is eager to gain hands-on experience in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Data Management



Research and identify potential clients within targeted UK property markets. Validate and qualify leads before handover to sales consultants. Compile, update, and maintain accurate databases and CRM records. Segment and manage data for targeted outreach and reporting.

Appointment Setting & Communication



Conduct outreach to potential clients to schedule introductory meetings. Screen incoming calls and route them to relevant team members. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all phone and email communications.

Email Campaigns & Follow-Up Support



Assist in drafting and distributing email campaigns to prospective clients. Track engagement, response rates, and follow-up on warm leads. Collaborate with the CES team to support ongoing marketing and outreach efforts.

Administrative Support & Reporting



Assist with daily tracking of leads, appointments, and progress reports. Prepare weekly summaries for management on campaign and outreach performance. Support general administrative and operational tasks related to lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills



Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email campaign software. Professional phone manner and interpersonal confidence. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about client acquisition and business growth.
