Responsibilities:

• Work with the company's book of clients to meet and review their portfolios, providing professional financial advice and offerings.
• Prospect and obtain new clients in the market to add to our extensive book.
• Provide financial products and services in a professional manner, building rapport and confidence with clients.
• Collaborate with various FSPs and internal departments to resolve concerns or queries effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual clients.
• Provide advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
• Stay informed about market trends and economic developments.
• Assess clients' risk tolerance and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
• Provide advice on investment and risk products.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial services.
• Network with professionals, attend industry events, and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for management and client

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric with Tertiary Education in a Finance-related field (NQF5: Wealth Management/BCom) - Non-Negotiable!
• RE5 - Non-Negotiable!
• Relevant Class of Business
• Fit and Proper
• Minimum 3 years in a Financial Planning role
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel or related software
• Experience in working with professionals and high-net-worth clients
• Previous book not a requirement
• Driver's License and Own Vehicle - Non-Negotiable!

Remuneration:
R20 000 - R30 000 CTC + Commission
