Sage 200 Support Consultant
Location: Cresta, Johannesburg
Salary: R300k - R420k per annum basic plus commission + travel allowance + sales bonus

Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification - B.Com or IT Diploma (advantageous)
Minimum Matric with Accounting
Sage 200 certification and experience (essential)
Experience with Sage Online and cloud accounting software
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Own reliable transport (essential)
HR and payroll software knowledge (advantageous)
Not only an office-based position - requires flexibility and client-facing work
Excellent communication skills
Independent thinker who takes initiative
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify client needs and upsell solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Client Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Product Demonstrations and Training
Post-Sales Support and Implementation
Customer Relationship Management
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
Sales Process Improvement and Optimization
System Customization and Configuration
Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams
Reporting and Documentation
