To provide administrative and coordination support for SafetyCloud training operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, trainers, and internal teams. The role supports the delivery of high-quality Occupational Health and Safety training by managing bookings, documentation, and logistics while upholding company values and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily updates on training attendance, bookings, cancellations, and bursaries.
Assist clients professionally with walk-ins, bookings, payments, and queries.
Promote training products and support college growth initiatives.
Coordinate training logistics, venues, documentation, and trainer communication.
Capture learner details, verify prerequisites, and confirm payments.
Manage assessments, exams, and certificate issuance.
Support branch administration and attend coordinator meetings.
Monitor facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
Process course approvals, supplier documentation, and payments.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Participate in HSE and Fun Committee activities (if applicable).
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
A relevant NQF Level 4-5 qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Occupational Health and Safety (advantageous).
Experience
1-2 years' experience in an administrative or training coordination role (internship or learnership experience acceptable).
Exposure to Occupational Health and Safety training or compliance environments (advantageous)
Skills & Knowledge
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of training coordination processes and documentation
Familiarity with SafetyCloud systems and Work Instructions (advantageous)
