SAFETY OFFICER POSITION
African Eagle Waste Management is looking for a Safety Officer to join our dynamic company and start their career.

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant Safety Management / OHS qualification
SAMTRAC or equivalent (advantageous)
Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience as a Safety Officer
Knowledge of OHS Act and related regulations
Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
Valid driver's license
Registered as Safety Officer with SACPCMP.
Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Develop and implement, and improve the health and safety plans, programs and procedures in the workplace and on site.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
Identify training needs on site.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Investigate workplace accidents.
Report on safety related activities.
