About the role
We are looking for an outstanding Growth Marketing Operator to play a central role in managing company's marketing systems and infrastructure.
Company's growth marketing motion has grown rapidly, and we've reached a point where the lack of dedicated operations support is creating bottlenecks across key workflows. This role will provide critical leverage to unlock campaign velocity, improve lead quality, and scale reporting -- while freeing up strategic capacity across senior marketing and BizOps teammates.
You will report to the Business Operations lead and work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations teams. While embedded in the Marketing team, you'll report to the BizOps lead to ensure alignment with broader systems architecture and cross-functional scalability.
You will function as the technical backbone of the growth marketing organization. Your work will include building email campaigns, automations, managing lead flow efficiency, supporting A/B testing, QA'ing campaign infrastructure, building analytics and reporting frameworks that drive performance visibility, and coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong systems thinker, detail-oriented executor, and collaborative partner across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Systems Ownership: Serve as the administrator for HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Ahrefs. Manage access, integrations, and tech stack performance. Audit and optimize systems for functionality, reliability, and scale.
  • Automation & Workflow Enablement: Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and routing. Increase campaign scalability, reduce manual effort, and streamline execution across marketing and sales.
  • Campaign Execution & Technical Support: Own the setup of campaigns -- including landing pages, forms, UTM tracking, and integrations. Ensure accurate data capture and troubleshoot technical issues during deployment.
  • Funnel Optimization & A/B Testing: Lead A/B tests across emails, landing pages, and lead flows. Analyze performance and implement insights to improve targeting, conversion, and funnel efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, funnel health, and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights to support data-informed decisions.
  • Lead Management & Attribution: Maintain lead data hygiene, segmentation logic, scoring models, and lifecycle definitions. Own attribution tagging and system alignment for clear, consistent performance measurement.
  • AI Integration & Innovation: Identify opportunities to embed AI into marketing ops (e.g., chatbots, automated qualification, personalization). Help increase scale and impact through intelligent systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Special Projects: Partner with Marketing, Sales, BizOps, and Product on strategic initiatives that require strong systems thinking, analytics, and execution.
Requeriments:
  • Experience & Systems Knowledge: 4+ years in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup, with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and UTM frameworks. Skilled at implementing tracking infrastructure to monitor and analyze marketing performance.
  • Data Fluency: Advanced capabilities in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and structured data manipulation for campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Lead Management & Attribution: Experience managing lead scoring, segmentation, routing, lifecycle stages, and syncing logic across systems. Familiarity with attribution tagging and funnel performance measurement.
  • Testing & Optimization: Comfortable designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests across emails, landing pages, and lead flows to drive measurable improvements.
  • Tooling Agility & AI Curiosity: Quick to adopt and integrate tools like Clay, Zapier, Outreach, and AI solutions that enhance automation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Systems Thinking & Execution: A structured, detail-oriented problem solver with strong instincts for scalable automation, process improvement, and technical ownership.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Clear communicator who can translate technical topics for cross-functional teams, with a track record of reliable execution and continuous improvement.
