Position : Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Timezone : EST
Holidays : South Africa public holidays
Pay Range : USD 1,000 - 1,500/per month ????(The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial property acquisition opportunities aligned with Dove Storage's strategic growth objectives.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive assessments to determine site viability.
• Perform financial modeling and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and other contractual arrangements.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including environmental assessments, zoning reviews, and property inspections.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, construction) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties and track acquisition progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and municipal officials.
• Stay informed on market trends, zoning regulations, and industry developments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous Experience in Commercial Real Estate or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, preferably in self-storage, retail, or industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, permitting processes, and property valuation methods.
• Ability to travel as needed to evaluate potential sites.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
