Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Rugby and Cricket Coach to join our primary school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching students aged 6-13 in both sports, fostering a love for the game, and developing fundamental skills in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging rugby and cricket coaching sessions. Teach basic techniques, rules, and strategies. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness. Manage teams during matches and inter-school fixtures. Ensure the safety and well-being of all players. Collaborate with staff to support the school's sports program.
Requirements:
Coaching qualification in rugby and/or cricket (or equivalent experience). Experience working with children in a school or club setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. * Passion for youth development and sport.
