Requirements:
- Relevant IT Qualification / Solid Ruby on Rails Development Experience
- Strong knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and the full web development stack
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Proficient in databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite
- Familiar with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
