We are looking for a highly organised and proactive RTM Co-Ordinator to join our growing Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience--perhaps from a reception, admin, or coordination background--who is fully committed to working from home and eager to grow their career.
You'll play a key role in coordinating the Right to Manage (RTM) process, ensuring smooth client communications, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery of milestones. Full training will be provided on UK-specific legislation and procedures, so no prior property management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the RTM process from initial contact through to completion
Manage client onboarding and maintain regular communication
Draft proposals and create property overviews using CANVA
Maintain trackers, update the CRM (Pipedrive), and prepare reports
Schedule key meetings, send invites, and monitor deadlines
Oversee marketing materials, brochures, and content updates
Support basic finance-related tasks (e.g., invoice submissions) before handover to Finance
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools like CANVA
Experience in property management, legal administration, or compliance
Experience coordinating multi-step processes or projects
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
