About The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the merchandising and promotional strategies on the Flight Centre website. This also includes improving lead-generation and conversion rates on the website through end-to-end management of the conversion rate optimisation process. This role helps lead the delivery of a continuous optimisation program across the website, sales pathways, and campaigns to drive improvement on analytics, user experience, design, development and content creation of digital assets.
