About the Opportunity

Our ideal candidate for Future Team Leader will have a minimum of 2 years travel consulting experience along with buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for making solid relationships and delivering impeccable service to successfully combine travel management and a new career step into leadership.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)

Assisting and supporting your Team Leader in all aspects of the FCM business environment; including:

Customer service and satisfaction Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems Achievement of financial results and KPI's Maintaining communication between team members Maintaining an overall positive office environment

What you'll need:

Leads by example and ability to motivate others Attentive to staff and client needs Embrace company philosophy, values and change Excellent communication skills Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service Ability to handle high volumes of business The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role GDS proficiency, with Amadeus highly regarded
