Job Purpose:
To ensure Treasury aspects are updated timeously. Figures are accurately reported. Expenses are captured timeously.
Profile
Job Summary:
o Treasury - Bank balances/Xaalis
o Assisting with the loading of Online banking payment
o Assisting with the Distribution of proof of payments
o Assisting with the Distribution of bank statements
o Loading of new banking details on online banking platform/Amendments of existing details
o Assisting with Cashbook capturing and uploading journals
o Assisting with queries regarding payments with the bank
Job Function:
o Treasury (AGLSA/BAL SA/PEM/AVI/Botswana/AGL Terminals)

• Daily distribution of Bank Balances
• Daily Updating of Xaalis figures
• Daily updating of Bank Schedule
• HQ Cash Reporting
• General queries with all banks

Assisting Bank Clerks in their absence or workload too heavy:

• Loading of online banking payment
• Distribution of proof of payments
• Distribution of bank statements
• Loading of new banking details on online banking platform or amendment of existing details
• Cashbook excel capturing & uploads into SUN

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
o Matric
o Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
o Computer Literate
o Excel
o Accounting Knowledge

o Good people and communication skills
o Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
o Must be able to handle pressure
o Must be able to use own initiative
