Paediatric Unit Manager
Job Description
RPO Services is currently recruiting for a private hospital based in the Eastern Cape, seeking to employ an experienced Unit Manager for their combined Paediatrics ward & Paeds ICU.
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
Minimum of 5 years’ Paediatrics and PICU experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience
Advantageous: holds a Post Grad qualification in Child Nursing / Critical Care or related
Advantageous: Nursing Admin qualification
Skilled in budgeting, stock control / billings
Strong staff management and leadership skills
