RPA Developer (Delivery)

• Intermediate: Minimum of 3 years of relevant consulting experience as an automation/RPA developer OR Senior: Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience as an automation/RPA developer.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of automation projects, with a demonstrated track record of delivering solutions on time while working in teams and following Agile methodologies.
• Technically proficient in automation tools such as Blue Prism, UI Automation or UiPath.
• Working technical knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Working technical knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with databases, such as SQL and NoSQL.

• The RPA Developers role is to develop and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) software solutions that automate tedious and time-consuming manual business processes. The role is also responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, training users, and providing technical support. Candidates should have strong knowledge of RPA development and be comfortable working with a variety of technologies.

Job Specification

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of new automation solutions, and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Develop automation processes using RPA tools.
• Design, test, and debug software robots.
• Create, maintain, and support existing robots.
• Implement rules and regulations in accordance with best practices.
• Monitor robots to ensure they are running efficiently.
• Design and develop user interfaces for robot interaction.
• Develop and maintain robot framework libraries.
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful deployments and effective utilisation of RPA tools.
• Coordinate and perform troubleshooting using system logs.
• Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior developers.
