We are currently seeking an experienced Rope Access Project manager who will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Rope Access deliverables on Melior Access projects.You need to be able to ensure that all company procedures relating to working at height are communicated and adhered to by Rope Access Supervisors and Technicians.You will report directly to the Managing Director and your responsibilities will include the following but not limited:Providing Health & Safety leadership to Rope Access Teams, emphasizing behavioral safety improvements.Conducting thorough project planning to ensure efficient execution.Making site visits to ensure accurate company estimates.Managing and supervising Rope Access technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time and without fail.Mentoring Rope Access Supervisors and Technicians to enhance their skills.Identifying opportunities for refresher and specialist training for Rope Access Technicians.Overseeing the management of equipment usage and collaborating with the storexe2x80x99s manager to ensure correct bookings and maintenance.Liaising with clients' representatives on sites to fully understand work scopes and employ appropriate techniques.Performing NDT and inspection work using Rope Access techniques.Handling multiple projects simultaneously.Providing necessary OHS documents related to the project when required.Upholding the core company values and instilling the same in the Rope Access Team.Other adhoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.The ideal Candidate:To be successful in this position, you must be safety conscious, dependable, have a good attitude to work and be prepared to work in a challenging environment.
