Job Summary
Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Rolling Machine Operator to join a leading steel manufacturing company in Gauteng. As a Rolling Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, operating and maintaining rolling machines to shape steel into various forms. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to work effectively as part of a team will contribute to the success of the company's operations.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rolling machines to shape steel into various forms
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Rolling Machine Operator in the steel manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of rolling machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good mathematical and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid forklift license (preferred)
• Knowledge of eTrack system (preferred)
