Restaurant Manager

Location: Northern Cape Area

Reports to: RGM

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Reporting to the RGM, the Restaurant Manager manages a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to build a great team, ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. The RM will perform hands on work to train and develop employees, respond to customer service needs and model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant. this role provides overall leadership through building a culture of recognition while motivating the team with the goal of operational excellence

Requirements

1. Drives culture, problem solves, resolves conflicts, communication and motivates to drive results through others

2. Recruit and equip high quality operators to deliver great customer experiences.

3.Leverage culture and people capability to fuel brand performance.

4. Quality Assurance: Uphold KFC's high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service. Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency.

Experience and Qualifications:

3-5 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service restaurant industry, hospitality or retail environment including Profit and Loss responsibility. Basic business math and accounting skills to manage Profit& loss in their restaurant and strong analytical/ decision - making skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Grade 12 Computer Skills Clear Criminal Record
