Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in risk management, preferably within the technology or a similar industry.
- Vehicle and valid Driverxe2x80x99s License.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise potential financial, operational, strategic and compliance risks across the organisation.
- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, policies and procedures.
- Monitor internal and external environments for emerging risks and provide timely recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that risk considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed risk analysis reports for stakeholders and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Promote a risk-aware culture through training and awareness initiatives.
