Helloxe2x80xa6 an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Insure, Risk & Underwriting area. We are looking to recruit a Risk Man for the Port Elizabeth area
Role Objectives:
- Responsible for the protection of Hollard Insure from over exposure from a risk management perspective by conducting accurate risk assessments as well as the submission of accurate MPL (maximum probable loss) scenarios and risk reports.
- Evaluate risk, evaluate loss potential, and make recommendations for risk improvements where necessary.
- Provide surveys in South Africa. Ensure that surveys are carried out timeously and professionally (within agreed times). Accountability is limited to carrying out surveys for all risks with a sum insured of R20 Million and less.
- Provide complete and professional written reports for Underwriters to have a clear picture of all the risks involved.
- Complete survey reporting within acceptable time frames.
- Manage relationships and interact frequently with colleagues, brokers, and the insured in a professional manner.
- Provide feedback on activities undertaken to Central Co-ordinator on daily activities.
- Record keeping being always kept up to date.
- Continuously build and manage the relationship between Risk consultants & Branch and Broker network.
