About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Control Administrator to join our Compliance team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our vendor and client data. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive due diligence on both new and existing vendors and clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will assume full ownership of key compliance elements, contributing significantly to the overall risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor and client onboarding, ensuring due diligence and compliance policies are followed, and all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Identify and flag potential risks associated with vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties in gathering the required documentation for new vendor and client onboarding
- Positive relationship building with vendors and client facing employees.
- Follow up with queries and resolve issues with vendor and client onboarding.
- Ensure telephonic contact is made with vendors. Fast turnaround time.
- Ensure vendors and customers are loaded in less than 3 working days.
- Ensure Vendor and Client selection policy compliance and application accuracy throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain and process accurate and up-to-date records of all existing vendors and clients in our systems.
- Ad hoc risk, compliance, procurement related work.

Preferred experience in compliance, risk, law or accounting field would be beneficial.
