This position requires a Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical qualification, a Trade: Rigger MQA/QCTO certification, and 2-3 years' relevant experience in a heavy industry environment. The role requires high proficiency in using rigging tools and a commitment to health and safety practices. In addition to the technical aspects, you'll be responsible for training and guiding Artisan Aides, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
