Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with recent rigging experience directly related to Cellular Telecoms Site Builds to conduct final-stage video audits on telecoms site builds. This role is critical in ensuring build quality, compliance with standards, and clear communication between on-site teams and project stakeholders. As a candidate you MUST have a background in telecoms engineering/rigging or auditing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Video Audits:

Schedule and perform detailed video audits on the final day of telecoms site builds, using the T&T audit documentation to guide the process.

Quality Assurance:

Identify and record any defects or non-compliance issues against a predefined checklist. Collaborate directly with the on-site team to confirm resolution of all identified issues before project closeout.

Documentation & Reporting:

Compile and relay all audit findings to the project and quality teams, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation. Maintain comprehensive records in the relevant job folders.Update internal systems to reflect the completion of audits, ensuring visibility across relevant departments.

Industry Experience:

Previous experience as either a telecoms auditor or a site engineer involved in telecom infrastructure builds.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional ability to spot defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards during audits.Strong ability to manage time, schedules, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with on-site personnel and internal stakeholders.A proactive approach to identifying issues and collaborating with teams to drive timely resolution.Comfortable using digital platforms, audit tools, and internal databases for documentation, reporting, and system updates.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
