Junior Couples Position Available A Holiday Farm in the Eastern Free State is looking for a vibrant energetic Junior Couple to join our diverse team. The position advertised include meals on duty, accommodation, Wi-Fi, Water & Electricity. Prospective candidates should be willing and able to relocate. Willing to work Shifts, Weekends & Public Holidays. Shortlisted candidates will have to come in for a personal interview. Front of House Position: Responsibilities:
Strongly admin orientated and excellent telephone etiquette
Would be responsible for all Reservations and Front of House during your shift
Receiving of Monies and allocating deposits to bookings
Checking Guests in & out
Housekeeping - Assisting Management in doing room checks
Assist other departments when not busy
Assist in serving guests their meals when required
Requirements:
Excel & Word is a must, Power Point would be an advantage
Knowing one of the booking systems would be an advantage
Grade 12 Qualifications, Hospitality Diploma would be beneficial
Be able to communicate with all departments
Fluent in English, Afrikaans or Sotho would be an advantage
An eye for Detail
Guest Relations Position: Responsibilities:
Entertaining our Guests while on Shift
Assist GM in daily maintenance and upkeep of the property
Assist other Departments when not busy
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Afrikaans or Sotho would be an advantage
Valid Drivers License
Grade 12 Qualification
Reasonably fit xe2x80x93 Would be required to accompany guests on activities.
