Pack all finished ceramic stock according to Rialheim quality and packaging standards
Allocate, track, and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) across production stages
Label, organise, and store packed stock correctly within the studio
Coordinate with production teams to prioritise urgent or deadline-driven items
Ensure fragile handling protocols are followed at all times
Assist with stock preparation for dispatch and internal transfers
Support quality control by identifying and flagging defects, damage, or inconsistencies
Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation in packing and storage areas
Assist with weekly stocktakes when required
Future Growth: Studio Manager Path
This role has clear long-term growth potential into a Studio Manager position, which will include:
Oversight of studio production flow
Allocation of work to artisans
Deadline planning and operational coordination
Full responsibility for studio stock, orders, and quality control
