Job Description

Outline product development and market positioning strategies
Identify and analyze market opportunities
Create new products
Identify and fix prototype issues.
Facilitate effective product training to enhance team knowledge
Monitor product performance

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience (Radio Frequency, Electronics experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership role
Master's degree is highly advantageous

Qualification:

BSc/ BEng in Electronics Engineering
