Position Summary:





The Revenue Operations Data Analyst will be a key member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, supporting our cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, streamline data processes, and enable strategic decision-making through effective data management and integrated system monitoring.



We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven, curious, and detail-oriented. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in operations or data to grow into broader responsibilities, including driving tactical GTM initiatives, supporting CRM management, and contributing to ongoing RevOps projects across the GTM organisation.

Key Responsibilities:




CRM & Data Management




Support ongoing data enrichment initiatives to improve account and contact accuracy and compliance with company standards (GDPR) Maintain and enhance CRM data quality, hygiene, and structure across all GTM-owned records. Assist in managing CRM workflows and automations to improve operational efficiency. Help monitor company-approved integrations across the GTM tech stack (CRM, intelligence tools, and related systems). Conduct regular CRM data audits to ensure consistency and reliability, flagging any potential risks

Reporting & Analytics




Own and maintain CRM health reports and dashboards, ensuring they provide accurate and actionable insights. Assist in standardising reporting across GTM teams to drive alignment and data-driven decision-making.

Marketing & Sales Operations Support




Execute marketing-related data from events, paid media, or third-party data sources to ensure accuracy (accounts, contacts, meetings). Prepare and clean data for accurate audience segmentation. Lead Provide support in managing inbound chat responses as needed. Source and prepare target contact data for select regions to support sales-generated (Outbound) outreach efforts. Assist in maintaining and updating GTM process documentation



Skills and Requirements




Essential Skills




2 years' + experience in analytical roles such as Sales or Marketing Operations, Financial Analysis, Data Analysis or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Tech Savvy, AI curious Nice to Have: + B2B SAAS experience
+ Familiarity with GTM technology, such as:
- HubSpot Experience is an added bonus
- Other globally leverage GTM tools (LinkedIn Suite, Clay, etc., Demandbase,etc.)

Desirable Skills




Analytical & ability to interpret quantitative data Proficiency in Excel Understanding of CRM operations & automations Basic AI prompt ability Can build simple reports Familiar with Marketing and/or Sales process/funnels Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent communication skills Proactive, curious mindset Collaborative team player, ability to navigate cross-functional environments



Qualifications:




Matric Relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma (e.g., BSc Information Systems, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship)
