Revenue Manager 4-Star Hotel Group

A well-established 4-star hotel group is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to optimise revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies across its portfolio. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in revenue management, forecasting, and market analysis within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise profitability across all properties.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust rates and optimise occupancy.
• Manage and monitor distribution channels, ensuring optimal visibility and pricing parity across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular revenue performance reviews, providing reports and insights to senior management.
• Forecast demand and adjust pricing models to capitalise on high and low seasons.
• Implement yield management techniques to enhance revenue across rooms, F&B, and additional revenue streams.
• Ensure effective rate loading and inventory control within the property management system.
• Collaborate with the reservations and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry (4/5*).
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, distribution channels, and revenue optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, hotel PMS, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
