Role: Returns Officer
You will oversee and manage the returns process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and positive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly and accurately Inspect returned products for resale eligibility Communicate with customers to resolve return-related issues Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams for smooth transactions Track return trends and suggest process improvements Maintain accurate records of returns and inventory
Requirements:
Experience in retail or e-commerce returns (advantageous) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems Knowledge of return policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5000,00 - R6000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
