MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED



Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.


Minimum of 1 year warehousing experience.


Previous experience in Returns would be advantageous.


Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing).


Knowledge of WMS and Amtrack system advantageous.


Good computer literacy, i.e.: Microsoft Excel and Outlook.


Ability to work overtime/weekends in accordance with operational requirements

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA



Inspect all sample returns to ensure they are in condition to pass a credit samples back into the box level for return to HO


File and keep records of returns


Check and process all bulk returns that is received from dispatch


Informs Sales / CC of the returned stock


Taking full ownership of all goods returned to branch, including handling of all templates


Attend to all QC of items for Customer Care


Manage the return/pending shelf


Oversee the recollection shelf


Escalate any unresolved returned stock to your line manager


Weekly feedback reports to be sent to your line manager


Handle booking and processing of returns to HO


Timeously attend to queries


Process destroys stock and charity sections as per SOP


Receiving, shelving & dispatching of orders


Assisting clients and internal sales team with queries F2F, via phone & email


Attend to Ad-hoc projects


Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for Amrod Policies and procedures, regulations specific to the use of equipment and products and regulations prescribed by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.


Report unsafe acts/working conditions/injury on duty to the supervisor immediately



Maintain good housekeeping standards
