Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and negotiating effectively to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.



Main responsibilities

Communicate with clients to address complaints and gather feedback.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Negotiate with clients to retain their business.

Educate clients on the value of our services.

Provide internal feedback to improve retention strategies.

Minimum requirements

A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Resilient, solution-driven, and able to handle challenging conversations.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure.



Qualifications & Experience



Matric and a completed degree from a reputable institution.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in client retention is advantageous.
