At Sage, our Retention Advisors are responsible for managing all contract renewals within our existing customer base. This hybrid, office-based role requires you to work on-site three days per week. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organisation's bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and achieving or exceeding renewal and migration revenue targets for annual customers. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration both across internal business units and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners.
