Retail Supervisor - Hillcrest, Durban
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor for one of our clients based in Hillcrest in the Retail industry.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) - essential
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage staff, handle cash-ups, and ensure store standards
- Must be able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Oversee daily store operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Control stock, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle opening/closing procedures and cash management
