Retail Manager

Salary Scale:- Starting amount R8000, with a incentive structure if targets is met.

Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.

Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of a Retail store.

Above than average written and spoken communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.

Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.

Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Motivating, coaching and challenging team members to provide quality work and advance their skill set.

Resolving any challenges or conflicts between staff members

Preparing reports performance and presenting these to leadership

Must have at least 2 years' experience in a Retail Environment.

No use of substances

Knowledge of buying and selling business skill

Able to work Retail hours

Must have a Valid Driver license.

Clean Police Clearnace

Honesty and hard work will be mandatory.

Must have experience in Pawnshop industry.
