Retail Store Planner

to join our team. This role is central to ensuring optimal stock allocation, replenishment, and performance across our retail store network. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data, strong planning capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to maximize sales and optimize inventory levels.

Store Allocations & Replenishment

Allocate stock to stores based on performance, capacity, and regional trends

Manage replenishment rules, reorder points, and min/max stock levels

Monitor store-level KPIs including sell-through, cover, and weeks of stock

Inventory Management

Identify over/understocked stores and implement inter-store transfers

Partner with senior planners to align product lifecycle with store requirements

Data Analysis & Reporting

Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with buyers, merchandise planners, supply chain, and retail operations

Support new store openings and space planning with the Visual Merchandising team

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or diploma in Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

2-3 years' experience in retail allocations and/or store planning

Fashion, homeware, or lifestyle retail experience is advantageous

ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Power BI proficiency will be an advantage
