Retail Store Manager - South AfricaThe ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who will fill the role of Store Manager, responsible for providing exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations.Responsibilities:Scheduling and delegating tasks to employees, monitoring their performance, and ensuring efficient store operationsMaintaining accurate bank balancesConducting cash-ups, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reportsEstablishing strong customer relationshipsEnforcing company policies and proceduresAddressing customer concerns both in-store and telephonicallyFostering collaboration with various departments within the group are also vital aspects of the position Qualification:Grade 12/Matric5 years of previous retail management experience.Proficient experience in MS Office is essential.Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous.
