What You'll Be Responsible For:
Store Management: Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
Cash Ups: Ensure accurate and timely cash-up procedures and financial reporting
Debtor Accounts: Manage and maintain debtor accounts with precision and professionalism
Merchandising: Drive visual excellence and product placement to maximize sales
Technology Savvy (Bonus): Familiarity with retail systems and tech tools is a plus-but not a must
Comfortable handling financial processes and account management
Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
Must have:
Retail store management experience of no less than 4 years'
Great track record of meeting and exceeding store targets
