Job Summary This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Paarl. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include managing store staff, providing excellent customer service, overseeing inventory management, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and meeting sales targets. You will also drive the store's performance by motivating the team, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high level of client engagement and positive shopping experiences. Strong communication skills for leading teams, training staff, and engaging effectively with customers and stakeholders. Proven expertise in Store Management, including team leadership, decision-making, and achieving sales objectives. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and prevent inventory discrepancies. Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office or similar software packages Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role and outdoor or luxury retail.
