Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Growth

Lead by example, setting the standard for exceptional customer service and team motivation?. Oversee ongoing training and development to build product knowledge and team engagement?.

Ensure compliance with company policies, including uniform standards, and foster a culture of integrity?.

Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and report concerns to Regional Manager.

Operational Excellence

Drive outstanding store presentation and merchandising to align with brand standards.

Oversee stock management: ordering fresh products, receipting, accurate stocktaking, waste minimization, and financial reporting?.

Monitor sales targets, budgets, and key performance metrics to achieve store goals

Customer Experience

Create an immersive and ethical Lush experience for all customers?.

Handle escalated customer concerns professionally to uphold our brand's reputation?Champion active product demos, team-customer engagement, and community-focused initiatives.
